Halloween

Becca, Timmy, and Chloe worn different costumes to the parties than when they went trick or treating. But that part of the fun of Halloween, right??? Halloween is such a fun holiday and lots of yummy treats to go with all the fun, I love it!! Look at all that candy, yum!!!

Timmy was Peter Pan, Becca Captain Hook, and Chloe Tinker Bell. I tried to get Sara and Hannah to be the Indian Princess and Wendy but they wouldn't do it. Hannah was a witch and Sara was a flapper. We still find red feathers all over. They all looked very cute in all of the different costumes. Timmy also was Woody, Becca was also Snow White and a flower child. Chloe was also Tigger.

On Halloween Grandma Joann came with us trick or treating. Sara, Hannah, and Becca said they wanted to rollerblade. So about 5 houses in the first one wants to go back and change into shoes. So we go back and then 3 houses later the next one wanted to change into shoes. So we go back and 3 houses later the next one wants to change into shoes. So by then I said ok, it's the golf cart time. So the rest of the night they trick or treated from the golf cart. That was great, we'll start that way next year!!! By the end everyone was trick or treating in their socks.

We had a really fun Halloween and ended up with tons and tons of candy!!!!!!

The Halloween party was a lot of fun. Complete with witches and a witches brew, dinner, pumpkin decorating, dessert and a trick or treating ally. I mean, what can get any better then that?

Halloween partys at Grandma and Grandpas are always fun, especially with Aunt Sharis witches brew!!! Aunt Shari and Ashlee dressed up for a creepy witches brew full of spiders and cockroaches, yummy!!!!

Queen Valley Riding

Our Family loves going riding. So we went out to

Queen Valley and went riding with Rob and Amy
Singleton and their family. It was a lot of fun. That is Becca riding and digging in the dirt.

has always loved dirt, and does not care how

dirty she gets!!!

This was so funny!!! Rob took 7 kids for a ride on the golf cart. They were gone a long time so Bill went to find them. He came back and said they were being towed by the forest ranger back. So I grabbed my camera. All 7 kids were in the truck with Rob being towed on the golf cart, it was so funny, and they kids thought it was awesome!!

Happy 1st Birthday Chloe!!!

OK, I'm a little late on my postings, but better late than never! Chloe turned 1 last month, Happy Birthday!!!
Chloe is so much fun, she is always so happy!! We all can't help but smile everytime we talk to her or see her.

Hannah is always playing with Chloe, shes so good with her. Chloe loves when the kids get home from school, she gets so excited and runs with her arms up.

Grandma Joann loves birthdays, and buying the kids there own cakes. Abby is 5 days older then Chloe, they are already best friends. Abby is Chloe's cousin, they are so cute together. Chloe didn't like getting the frosting on her fingers, but Abby dug right in and was loving it!!

5 Year Olds Voting

This was so funny I had to write about it. Yesterday Tim went to his friends house to play. The Mom, Shelly Zimmerman, told me she overheard the 4 kids talking when they were playing and this is what she heard. "Who did you vote for today?" "I voted for yomama." "I voted for the blue one because I like the color blue." "I voted for the John one." "Oh, you mean John Taylor?" "Ya, thats it, John Taylor." "Oh, thats a good one." She said she was laughing so hard!!! Tim was the blue one, when he came home he told me he voted for the blue one because he liked the color. Maybe next time thats how we all should vote!! For yomama, or our favorite color. I think John Taylor would be the good one too!!!

Carlsbad August 2008

For Labor Day we went to Carslbad, California and camped on the beach. It was one of the funnest vacations ever!! We played in the sand and water all day long. Then at night we sat around the campfire and had smores, what can get any better than that???? It was our kids first time boogy boarding and they all loved it. Chloe was learning to walk and she would take off into the water and walk like 10 steps, then fall and laugh. It was so cute!! We were there with like 8 familys were friends with, so the kids all had a least one friend to play with all the time. Our campsite was overlooking the ocean, it was beautiful!! We all had a great time!!!!

On Sunday a few families in our group went to church. One of the families showed up a few minutes late and the guy, Brad Crane, showed up in a dark blue sweatshirt. After Sacrament meeting he said they were all ready and something hit him in the face and shirt. He said to his wife Tawnya "What the crap is that?" She said "crap". He said "ya, what the crap is that?" She said "crap, thats what it is!" A seagull had hit the target, he had seagull crap all over him. Gross!!!!!

Tri in the Pines August 2008

In August we all went up to Showlow to do a triathlon. From the Ferrin Family there was 16 of us who did the race. 6 adults and 10 kids. From our family it was Bill, me, Sara, Hannah, Becca, and Timmy. Then there was Rob, Jen, Ashlee, Blake, Spencer, and Emmee. Also Randy, Meredith, Travis, and Taylor. We all had so much fun!!! It was so fun watching all the kids, they worked so hard and all did great!! Larry and Diana and Sean and Shari came and watched and helped with all the kids while all the adults were doing our triathlon. Then we all went out for Mexican Food afterwards. We took up a whole back room at the restraunt. We'll for sure do that triathlon again next year, what a blast!!!!
